The room was slightly dirty with a left over empty roll of tp out as well as a crusty toilet seat. We could consistently hear kids crying/screaming through the night

Despite making advance arrangements, our expectations for a comfortable stay were egregiously unmet. Upon arrival, we were horrified to find the crib provided for our 3-month-old daughter to be in an unacceptable condition—dirty and visibly worn. Given the unsanitary state of the crib and mattress, we were unwilling to subject our infant to such conditions, which greatly disrupted our plans and sense of security of where she was going to sleep. We encountered inconveniences with the amenities in our room. The non-working refrigerator necessitated a prompt replacement, as we urgently needed a functional appliance to preserve our daughter's bottles. Additionally, the discovery of a stained pull-out couch, concealed mold, and inadequate customer service further compounded our dissatisfaction. Our concerns were shared with hotel management but we still have not heard back from anyone (more than 2 weeks).

The hotel has been updated and had a comfortable bed and updated bathroom. The hotel lobby has been updated, which looks nice. The hotel was near a family event and was a fair price, considering a big event was going on in Austin.

We booked a room with a king bed and a pullout couch for our two small children. When we opened it at 10:30pm there was a hypodermic needle in it. No extra blankets in the closet and one of the pillowcases on the bed had some crusty green stain on it, so we had to all squeeze into one bed. Just horrible for the price

Check in waa easy and friendly. Probaby need staff patrolling pool area on weekends. Next time will ask for a room away from pool.

The fridge didn't work in our room, the pool was allowing people to smoke everywhere even though there were no smoking signs. Our bedding was wet in our room and our bathtub wouldn't hold water, therefore our kids couldn't take a bath.

We loved staying at this hotel for a long weekend getaway with our kids. It was super quiet and the hotel is lovely. Definitely recommend and will return in the future.

We visited the hotel due to the ice storm. This was day 3 with no electricity, so we were seeking for a place to rest from a long week. Check in was easy but no information was given about the hotel. I had to ask where to park and how to access parking. The receptionist gave zero information about the hotel. Luckily the room was comfortable for our little family. We had

Clean, perfect for families. Good size rooms. Restaurant is not great but lots of restaurants near the hotel.

The structure. Rooms were what we needed. Wife and kids where happy, so I was happy..
