Everything was all good until checking out paid for valet parking as they went to get my vehicle it was parked on the street and expected me to take all my luggage out there when all other valet parking visitors got their vehicle in valet parking we were not treated the same as a paid customer like all others staying there. Then I was charge by the hotel for a the same night so needless to say I was charged again then it was just an inconvenience to my family and I had to call and wait to get this payment situated and now I have to wait for my payment to get released

Pool very disappointing there are signs that parents are supposed to watch their kids which they clearly don’t. They are jumping in doing cannibals into a 3 foot deep pool with no regard to other adults that are trying to enjoy their vacation as well. Some of these were just flat out dangerous I saw two kids almost cracked their head open and I let someone know, but security did absolutely nothing about it, I understand that you can’t prevent kids from being in the pool and I wouldn’t ask that but you should force parents to watch the kids while they’re in the pool not just drop them off and leave a for a nine-year-old alone. They were at least 15 unsupervised, very young children in the pool all day Saturday.

My husband and I went on a 4 day couples getaway with our friends to Austin and this hotel was perfectly centralized to everything in Austin. The entrance was grand, clean and very well designed. The bar to the right when you enter had a beautiful fireplace to sit by and there. There were 2 other restaurants within the hotel that had great food. The room we chose was a corner room that had great views of the city. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. As a woman who loves good lighting for makeup application, my only annoyance was the lighting in the bathroom was very dim for makeup application. The rooftop pool was also nice but very small for the amount of people that were there. You could barely move around in it and the kids were splashing all over the adults that were looking to have a relaxing time. A separate family friendly pool would have been great instead of having one small pool for all guests. We have 3 kids so I have absolutely nothing against kids having a great time. Our purpose for the whole weekend was to disconnect from our kids. It was not enjoyable by the pool :( . The weather got to the 102-106 mark each day so the pool was a must after exploring the city.

Stayed we family on a get away weekend

The hotel was breathtaking, I was disappointed with the room service, both days I ordered breakfast there were mistakes with our orders. The first day we were disturbed by kids running up and down the hall banging on doors. Not what I expected staying on the 29th floor. Overall a great stay.
