It was a pleasant stay in a decent location. Enjoyed the breakfast included every morning. The room was decently big for four persons. The valet parking was a bit of a nightmare due to the hotel cap org and not having enough valets. It’s also on a busy one way street and the traffic is always coming. I would stay here again if it’s with my child and her friend or for business, but not a romantic trip. It is a pretty basically decorated place, so I would say it’s average. It’s a good value for the money overall.

We had a pleasant stay. Our biggest issue was the parking. They should reveal that only option is a valet parking when you book the hotel. Also, they should have self park as well. Traveling with kids for 9 hours you need easy access to your car. I saw many families unhappy about parking solution.

The rooms need major upgrade with their bedding. The sheets and comforters and even the beds themselves, are terrible. Their fold out sleeper sofa bed mattress was absolutely terrible. Don’t even have one in the room if it is going to be this bad. The pillows were the worst part. They were lumpy and felt like they had a child’s toy hidden inside them. Yea, not good.

The hotel is very sweet. We had business and family Stay 7 nights. towels are mostly new and pure white clean. handyman come to fixed the faucet as we reported running slow. breakfast is good and fresh. the front desk are friendly always.

The hotel is fine. The only bad part is the valet parking was full and we had to look around to park the vehicle not very convenient specially with kids. Thanks!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable king-sized room with corner sofa and good TV. Staff were helpful and always greeted us when we returned. Good breakfast options - fresh cut fruit and real scrambled eggs, especially. Limited food menu available all day (and night, apparently) in the bar area but no restaurant. Good gym facilties and a very small pool (great for kids!) The only disappointments for us were the lack of a guest laundry and no recycling facilities (but we have found Texas very lacking in eco-friendliness on our travels so far) Hotel is very good value for money, compared to other options we looked at in the Downtown area.
