This was the best Hotel we have ever stayed at, customer service was top notch, amenities were amazing, and the location was perfect. Will tell friends and family to stay here.

From the moment of check in to checkout the hotel and its staff were AMAZING!! I have to give a shout out to Jacob J. at the front desk. He went above and beyond, something no other hotel/hotel staff have ever done. The hotel is beautiful and has lots of amenities in a perfect location there in Austin. Thank you Zaza Austin for a wonderful family weekend.

A wonderful mom’s recharge weekend for me. I left the husband and kids at home. The bed was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The shower pressure was sheer perfection. The way it enveloped my entire body was luxurious. I loved the aroma of the hotel and the bath products from CO Bigelow added to it. Would highly recommend Zaza!!
