Stayed as family. Kids loved the pool. Easy walk to downtown, close to BBQ, Bats and Yeti! Some wear in the rooms and pool but clean and comfortable. I’d stay again.

It was a great stay right on the river. The check in was fast and seamless, the hotel looked nice right as you walk in and all through out with a great open feel from the elevators to the hotel interior to the room. Awesome path right down the stairs to walk with your family, as a couple ,or just soloing it. It felt close to anything you want to do in ausin.

When we arrived at the property for our 4pm check in our room had already been given to another guest. When he got us a room he was only able to to give us a single king room when i booked a double queen room because we had our 3 children with is. The manager on duty was very responsive to the issue, we were just let down because we had booked our stay early on in May and our accommodations were given away. Along with not even being able to check in our room until after 5pm.

The only thing we didn’t like was the cost of parking. We had a family member come to visit with us and $45parking fee was impossible. She had to Uber in

So far my favorite hotel in Austin! I was greeted by friendly faces that are willing to make my stay an unforgettable one. They were able to accommodate my family to our needs especially traveling with a 2 month old. Thank you Hyatt Regency Austin team!
