Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown

Almost perfect. We stayed 3 nights and I knew we would get some noise from 6th st, but our balcony opened literally over an outdoor club/bar next door. The music almost shook our beds. They do provide noise machines and ear plugs. We coped by just staying up until 2 am every night. I would not recommend staying if you have small kids, although I do believe the other side of the hotel was much less noisy. That being said, everything else in Canopy was perfect. Pristine clean. Delicious Nespresso pods to make in our room. Loved the reusable glass cups and water bottles. The outside water and plants in foyer was calming and grounding. Every staff member was remarkably kind, and made us feel very welcomed. Even the young men who worked outside in the heat at the Valet stand greeted us kindly every time we walked in and out. Would definitely book again, but probably ask for a room facing 6th St instead of the side street.
