Beds are small and very uncomfortable the sheets were to big for the bed and kept coming off , carpet was pulled up in places, kids could not use bathtub because no way to stop water it was broken, hallway smelled like rotten garbage, curtains in room were so old they had holes in themand the breakfast was horrible and to take family to McDonald’s

Stayed here one night with our 3 kids, 20, 15 & 9. The large couch worked great to give us all fit in one room. Spacious room, love that it has shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. Soft towels. Breakfast was good but over crowded, not enough food out, they kept running out of stuff. The flow of breakfast wasnt set up well. A pile of paper plates in one spot when you could use them in other areas. Wasnt thrilled to have to pay for parking but it was okay for one night.

It was a nice hotel and the room accommodates 4-5 people very well. I was caught off guard by the $7/day parking fee. I filtered for free parking hotels and this was not one of them. At $120+ per night, parking should be free in my opinion. Breakfast was decent especially, the self made waffles. The room was clean, but could have been better. The sofa bed linen needs to be changed after every stay. I would have liked a second TV in the living area. There is only one that pivots between the bed and living areas. The beds could have been larger. It would be hard for two plus size people to sleep together as the beds are truly “double” sized (fine for an adult and child). Sofa is super comfortable without using the pullout bed. Overall stay was comfortable.

The whole stay was awful. It wasn’t clean. It smelled like smoke. Everything in that hotel/room was out of date. The beds were springing. The pillows were poor quality. The carpet had stains on them. Staff was rude. And only due to my trip being for a funeral and needing to stay within driving distance for my family is THE ONLY reason my husband and baby stayed at this location. We won’t be back.

First time ever leaving such a negative review in all of my hotel stays.. The carpet was absolutely filthy. Within minutes of taking our shoes off our socks were completely black on the bottom. One of my kids toys rolled under the couch where I found a plethora of trash including a rag with what appeared to be feces on it. There was broken glass in the grass outside of our window and we stepped in a pile of dog poop in the front lawn. The guy at check out however was very nice.

From Memphis and I know this area; but forgot this property was there. OMG so happy to see the renovations. The staff was the BEST. This will always be my choice when I visit my kids & grandkids.

If I could give this property less than one star I would. I had the worst stay possible. The photos are not what the rooms look like. It is very old and run down. They roomed me and my family on the first floor and any one can enter the building from any of the other entrances other than the front. It smelled like smoke and I saw a roach. I called for towels and they had none. Not accommodating what so ever. Our entire week no one came to clean our rooms. Unacceptable.
