We were heading home from visiting our 5 grandkids and family in Arkansas. Perfect rest at Hampton inn and breakfast at Embassy Suites. Ready for the last leg home.

Our room (2 queen bed) smelled strongly of mold, as if there had been water damage. Also, the lock to the door was damaged, but it's really the mold that made the room uninhabitable. There were renovations occurring in this wing of the hotel. The night manager did his best to be helpful and found us another room across the hall. It still smelled, but not nearly so bad. It was a single king bed which was a less suitable option for our family of 4.

We booked at this hotel to enjoy time with two families with special emphasis on spending time at the pool. On arriving at the property the hotel was under renovation and the pool was closed. This was never communicated to me either by the hotel or hotels.com. The families had to go to next hotel walking on the street to use the pool. This is not what I paid for

The receptionist was so courteous to my family and I. She tried to make sure we had everything we needed. I've stayed at your establishment many times, but never had such a kind person servicing us

My wife and I entered the hotel and were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk (Erica K). A very pleasant smell was noted upon entering. The hotel was clean with signs that showed the direction of where things were such as elevator, dining, fitness center and more. Our room was large, clean and no problem noted. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back with our family next time.

My stay was okay. The main elevator was broken so it was always a long walk to get back and forth with luggage and toddlers. Since I don't stay at hotels often, I did not read the fine print of requesting room service a day in advance so had to request new towels only. Otherwise, very good location and I would stay again. Also, no microwave.

The suite was great for a family with smaller children who go to sleep early. Breakfast was pretty good- lots of options. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t open, and the hotel room needed some cosmetic fixes but altogether it was a good and comfortable trip.
