The front desk was always helpful! Nereka and Mario in the buffet were so very helpful and accommodating!!! Pool wasn’t real clear but it had been raining recently. We still enjoyed it. The ONLY thing that was not enjoyable is the people smoking weed near the pool and it was 10:30 am. There were several kids in the pool and it was blowing that direction and it stunk. Bad. Maybe have people go to the other side of the parking lot?!

All was very good. A little noisy late the first night. We were on first floor close to the lobby where there was a kids’ party that last past 11pm.

I was a bit disappointed with this property considering it's part of the Marriott Bonvoy family. While it was an okay stay can't say that I'd be quick to book with another Four Points. The bathroom was extremely and I mean extremely small. Fixed some coffee and wanted to use half and half ...it was thick and clumpy. Only to realize it expired in February. Dude.... it's June. Ended up getting coffee from lobby, it was fine. Lighting was a bit dim and not many TV viewing options. Surrounding area is nice lots of shopping and dining options. Kind of a chore getting out of the parking lot due to traffic on Popular Street. Although I didn't get opportunity to use... the gym looked nice and well equipped.

Wouldnt recommend because the breakfast was over-priced and not that good. We originally thought we were meeting family for breakfast so didnt factor in making reservation. That fell through so we ate at the hotel. Comparable hotels with free breakfast in the area. Outside of that stay was satisfactory.

The front desk customer service representative Dynisha was very polite and courteous to my family and I. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed immediately. My compliments to the rest of your staff as well.
