La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Wolfchase

Our stay was great! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially since we had to adjust our stay a couple of times, due to TS Debby and flight cancellation concerns from Raleigh to Memphis. We had multiple rooms booked for a family celebration. The staff cheerfully helped sort out the confusion, making sure late arrivals were accommodated and we all had rooms. This was our first time staying at La Quinta in the Wolfchase/Bartlett area in Memphis. It won’t be our last. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, amenities and friendly staff. The area felt safe, was easily accessed, had lots of restaurant choices within walking distance and was an easy drive to all points of interests.

When we arrived, the rooms we were given were not what was advertised. The front desk staff was nice enough to make it right but the rooms room we received were on different floors (not ideal with kids). Someone knocked on the door all night long keeping the kids awake. The other room had something disgusting in the shower and the furniture was in terrible shape. The walls were also so thin that we could hear our neighbors throwing up all night long. Even though the staff was nice, I would NEVER stay at this property again. It was gross and run down despite the outward appearance.

Perfect spot for a family vacation! The staff was nice and able to assist with any needs. Just wish the hot tub would have been working, BUT the pool was nice and warm and did make up for it. Clean and safe area right off the interstate.

Excellent hotel for the family, very clean and comfort. It is not a 10 since a new shower is required at the room I was, everything else was amazing.

Front desk staff was none too friendly. Breakfast was not very good. Uncomfortable bed. One and done for my family.

Perfectly adequate hotel. The pool and hot tub were big hits with my family. The breakfast was standard fare. The room was clean but heavy on air freshener. There was peeling paint and chipped plaster on the bathroom walls. The bedding was clean. The TV is an older one that doesn’t have Netflix or other streaming services. There are 2 EV chargers and 2 Tesla chargers, and they were very nice and gave us a caution cone to block the EV charging parking spot. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and only a few minutes from the interstate, but the room was quiet (we were on the back side of the building). Overall, it was comfortable and a good value.

The property was great. One of the cleanest I've been to. Checking in and out was a breeze and we had no issues at all. Pool and hot tub were also great and a hit with the children.

Staff were understanding and patient and went over the top to make sure me and my kids were accommodated..most indian based staff and business in America are so nasty towards other races BUT not the ones at la quinta in wolf chase. Very nice and went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable! 🙏 Thanks!

My sheets was not clean the night clerk had nasty attitude and yea wasn’t worth it my kids did enjoy pool bout all it’s good for

The staff was great. It was very clean and nice and quiet. Very kid friendly. I really loved that there was a pool and jacuzzi. There was nothing I didn't like
