Comfortable place to stay away from downtown, but not too far. It was about 25 minutes away. Pool was nice to entertain kids. Staff was friendly.

The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good each day and the staff kept the area clean. We stayed at this property because family lives in Bartlett which was close by. We had two rooms and both rooms had a very musky smell… not sure if it was from the AC or something else. Beds were comfortable and bathroom condition was fine.

This hotel outside of Memphis was fine. Although dated, it was clean and had enough space for my family of 6. The hallways could have been cleaner. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was mediocre with no gluten free options (besides bananas and yogurt). The staff was friendly. This hotel worked fine for a place to stay just outside of Memphis. A little pricey but comparable to others in the area.

We had a terrible time with loud loud neighbors starting about 10 PM. Shrieking, laughing talking running into walls, lots and lots of unbelievable noise starting at 10 PM and lasting until we finally called the front desk to complain. It finally got quiet around midnight. We were trying to get some good sleep because we had to get up early the next morning for an important family event. I’m not sure we’ll stay at this Hampton Inn again because of the situation. It is pretty unbelievable to pay this much money for a hotel room and not to be able to go to sleep when you want to

The property smelled like marijuana the second we walked in. We are a family with a baby and 10 year old passing through town on vacation. It was very unsettling that this was our first impression. There were a lot of younger party people there who were very noisy. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The breakfast in the morning was decent though.
