Right next to a highway, so it was very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Mini fridge in our room was leaking and we didn’t even use it. No cribs or playpens for toddlers or younger so no very family friendly.

I did not realize you had to pay for parking so that is my fault for not reading the fine print. You have to use a key card to get into anything there, it’s like working at a prison where you have to badge into every single door, elevator, etc. That alone is very inconvenient when you have little kids with you. It was not explained well at the front desk how to use them, so it took us over 10 mins to figure how to to get them to work, even asking front desk a second time for help. The hotel staff was average, none of them were a bundle of joy. They gave you half decent directions but never smiled. So I guess it’s a miserable place to work. Probably because you have to badge into everything. In the hotel room, there’s a tiny place to hang your clothes up but there’s a coffee pot and iron right there where the clothes would hang so not sure how that one is supposed to work out, very poor design. The floors could definitely use a good shampoo, and a good mop. It smelled like dog in our room. Bathroom floor was a little dirty. Walls were clearly not wiped down from previous persons stay. Pretty sure we had a queen size blanket on our king size bed, as the sheets were king but the blanket was way smaller. The network connection to the tvs would not work majority of our stay. When you turn one tv off the other one comes on. Two tvs, two remotes yet one remote works them both. I’m glad we only stayed 2 nights. Would not come back though.

The overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was welcoming and assured we had everything required. I truly was appreciative of everything offered by them. The rooms are soundproof, staff greet you with the upmost, and the halls and rooms were clean and accommodating. If you choose to stay here, please be patient when checking in because they offer valet parking and must greet each car pulling up, regardless if doing valet or not. So act accordingly and do not disrespect the staff. They're doing their job and they're doing it efficiently and swiftly. Also, the pool area was nice and the whole environment is family and pet friendly. My only complaint about the hotel is the breakfast wasn't all that but the dining staff is everything. Ms. Elora and Ms. Karen collected the plates immediately after you're done. Overall, will definitely stay again.

I believe the gentleman’s name who checked us in was Zach? I was dealing with a cranky toddler and he got us in and out and was very kind. You don’t see dedication like that a lot these days.

Third separate stay for two sporting events and a concert. Perfect location. Just outside the chaos but walkable to it. Nice amenities including bar and pool. A considerate caring staff every stay, every encounter. Amazing food at the restaurant and bar in property. Sperry at the bar has a gift. She knows people and how to treat them. Quiet, family friendly property as well as great for couples ready for adventure too. Can't say enough about this place! Whoever manages and hires, good work!

The trip was jiat for a little holiday getaway. Minimal staff but they always came by the room to freshen things up. The restaurant/bar was nice. On out first night we enjoyed our bartender and staff they would have gotten an excellent. The breakfast was always great and warm. But our second night we had our grandchildren in for Christmas and dinner at the bar and the bartender was not so pleasant. Made up bring our orders to her and also acted like we were an inconvenience. We has to get up for drinks and refills Needless to say our tip went to the kitchen staff. We brought our concerns to the management of the hotel whi said she would get back with us but never did. One thing we did appreciate is that it is npt in the best neighborhood but it is a safe hotel.

There was not a single person working when I tried to check in at 11:40pm. I looked everywhere, I tried calling phone numbers of managers that were listed at the front desk. Nothing. I ended up leaving and had to drive to 3 other hotels until I could find one that could accommodate me and my 3 children.

This is quite a difficult one. There are many aspects of the hotel that are very good. The breakfast and atrium area are excellent. Location is very good. Rooms are nice size. The shop is very handy. Staff are nice. Cleaning of rooms is an issue and the hotel says it only does this every three days unless specifically requested but this is not made clear and even when we did request it we came in later and it having been done. The staff seem friendly at reception, communication between them or management are a bit lacking in a number of ways. One of two main lifts was broken the whole time we were there, with a large demand for the lifts. Other side’s lift didn’t stop at our floor. The ‘pool’ is tiny, more a ‘plunge pool’ (or baby pool) than a swimming pool. More a 3 star hotel experience but with some aspects very good, others notably lacking. The hotel isn’t cheap in absolute terms (a bit less expensive than a number of Nashville options) and it’s Wyndham brand is clearer in what it does well, but surprising on the other aspects.

Room was clean and shower was roomy. The staffing was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Will recommend to my friends and family and we will definitely come back if we revisit the area.
