Dream Nashville

Hotel was everything you could ask for, for a girls night. Stylish, comfortable, clean, great room service and within just a block or 2 of places to eat and things to do. They only negative wasnt really the hotel but the 2 of the staff. 1 was the check in lady, she was short with her answers and you could tell she didnt want to be there. When asked about late checkout after i got checked in, my friend and i both was surprised with how annoyed she was at us asking her about it, and she said we would have to call in the morning...kinda defects the point of sleeping in (2 moms with no kids or husband, sleeping in is a big deal) The next was whoever was the housekeeper for my floor the next morning. I called at 8am to ask for a checkout of 12, front desk said no problem, but i guess didnt tell housekeeping because they started knocking on my door at 9am, we didnt answer. Then again at 11am, when i answered she waved her hand in the motion to hurry up, and said i needed to go, i told her i would at 12. We left at 11:38am Apart from that, which could have been 2 ladies just having a bad day, it was wonderful and would definitely stay again.

Everything about this trip was horrible. The only reason I did go completely off was due to the fact I was traveling with my family. There was a bug in my drink the first night. The table between the beds was nasty. The shower did not drain out. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom. There was an old stain on the mattress sheet cover at the very bottom that I did not notice until we were leaving, and I was checking the kids’ bed to make sure they weren't leaving anything behind. I waited for someone to ask was everything okay with my stay and NO ONE asked a word the only thing asked was how do you want your bill? Then I thought about it I would never stay here so they couldn't offer me anything moving forward BUT I will ensure no one from work stays here EVER and no one from any of my SOCIAL CIRCLES stays here. The location is Great

We loved everything about this hotel! It was hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. Everything was perfection- the staff, service, location, bars, music, cleanliness, the rooms and the uniqueness of the hotel itself. We have not stopped talking about it to our friends and family!! We would definitely come back!

We stayed at the Dream for 2 nights while in Nashville to visit our son. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and most welcoming of our granddog. The suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the time we spent at the Havana bar. They were so nice and helpful that we decided to skip our dinner reservation at a different place and eat dinner in the bar. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Dream and will highly recommend it to family and friends
