Best Western Kimball Inn

While the building and halls look dated the rooms were quite lovely and updated with clean air, couldn't hear neighbors (barely could hear a family member's knock on our door). Staff were so friendly, probably the friendliest of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Good location. The breakfast was good and the woman who ran that area was so kind and patient with our kids and their trying to grab everything and making some messes.

The hotel looks to have been recently updated. the staff was very attentive. Check in was a breeze. the beds were comfy and we had a great night of sleep. The area was quiet which is always a plus and a decent selection of dining options. Or kids really enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed breakfast. Would stay there again!

We're traveling with our 3 kids and we got the two beds with a pullout, it's very roomy. Check-in was quick and easy.

We had a family overnight stay at this property. Check-in process was fine. The room door did not close properly, on checking with the reception, I was instructed to slam the door to close it properly. So every time, I had to slam it loud. This could had disturbed other nearby rooms' guests. Sofa had several large stains, and it was disgusting even to look at it. Kids were not happy at all. Morning breakfast was fine.

As a woman traveling alone with my small children, safety was my first priority. The man checking me in at the desk loudly talked about where I was from and exactly where my room was located, so that all the people in the lobby could hear. Also, my room was on the first floor and before bed I heard a noise outside and looked out the window to see that the window that does open was also left unlocked. The room itself is old and needs updated. You step up into the tub so that your head almost touches the ceiling while you shower. The shower fixtures were broken and falling off. The bed skirts had stains, and by the headboard the box spring was covered in hair and dirt. The hallways smelled damp and musty and also like marijuana. I would NOT recommend this hotel for women traveling alone or people with small children. I have travelled all over the world on my own and rarely have not felt safe. This place left me on high alert all night and I did not rest well.

We needed a place to stop off on the way to Florida, and unfortunately this was one of the few that could take a family of 5 for one room. The staff is great, but the place is an absolute dump. It smells, it's musty and honestly seemed rather unsafe to stay in. There is very little parking, and the overflow parking that they do have is unlit and adjacent to an abandoned restaurant. We stayed there because we had to and got out as quick as possible. I can't imagine ever staying there on purpose.

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly. Room was spacious & sparkling clean. I could tell that it had been recently renovated. Mattresses a little stiff and only a view of the C/A unit from the window. Breakfast was great. Overall, a good stay with the family. Would rebook here!

Checkin was breeze. Super super clean rooms and hall ways. Our only exception to cleanliness was inside the elevator that was the over powering glue smell from the recently glued Formica on the walls. It’s only 2floors so not a big issue. Beds are super high! Perfect for me and my group, but some may not like them so high. Cons: house keeping was awful. She was down right disrespectful and hateful itch to us in front of a child. Even heard how she was talking to fellow coworker as she was trying to do her own job. I’m sorry you just don’t talk to others in such manners definitely not we’re the public can hear every word.
