Quality Inn Lebanon - Highway 109

When i pulled back the sheets, there was pubic hairs and blacks crumbs all over the bed. I called the front desk and she told me to come down and get new sheets. I advised her i wasn't as i was traveling alone with a 1 and 2 year old. So they brought them to me and told me i had to change the sheets myself. While i was changing the sheets instead of watching my kids, my little one slammed his finger in the dresser drawer. I didn't drive 10 hours and pay money to be the maid. Will never stay here again!

We stayed here with our two young kids on a road trip for spring break. After being stuck behind an accident on the highway for over two hours, we finally got to the hotel around midnight and fell asleep almost instantly, as we were exhausted. Woke up, ate some of their breakfast, and checked out around 9:30/10. A couple days later we noticed an extra charge on our credit card and when we called, they said it was a smoking fee because our room smelled like smoke. Neither my wife or I smoke, we were there with our two small kids, and were only in the room to sleep. We smelled no smoke anywhere in the hotel, so that leads me to believe that they are just trying to con us with this charge. When we called to question it, they said only the manager can handle the problem and they apparently only work 2 hours a day, so getting ahold of them during a work day will be a pain. Very disappointed, because we were planning on staying here on our way back through, and had to change plans. Will not be staying at this hotel again or any in it’s chain if this is how they conduct business.

The rate and quality of this new(er?) hotel was very good for the area! I was very pleased with that. The only issues were how very firm the mattresses are (I woke up with sore hips a few times). Also the hotel doesn't have any quiet hours so we had people in the hall off and on making all kinds of noise until a little after 3am, so my family could not sleep well and we were in town for a sporting championship for one of my kids-and they did not perform so great. Also, the soap/shampoo/cond are very generic and harsh.

This is a newer/rehabbed property that appears to be family-owned and run. It's clean and taken care of, plenty of parking, near the interstate but not right alongside it, so it's quiet. On-site laundry, rooms aren't carpeted (which lends to ease of cleaning) which I prefer. I've stayed here twice and will rebook again for my next business trip to Lebanon.
