I was told that breakfast would be complimentary, so I grabbed two slices of bacon and an orange juice, and then the waitress told me to pay her $15. It is absolutely unreasonable to make me pay that amount of money for two strips of bacon that I didn’t even finish as well as orange juice and water. Hospitality rating is a -5. I will never stay at one of these locations again and I plan on telling all my friends and family to never stay at one of these locations.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to Tennessee to visit family for our annual trip. It is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel over the years has not been updated and while it is good, it does need some TLC and attention. We will go again next time but hope to see some upgrades soon.

Stayed for baseball tournament. Great Burger Bar,, we ate and adults watched football while kids played at pool.
