my wife and I had reservations for last night, but in the morning, we both contacted some type of bug, and were very sick all day..We needed a place to lay down to try to get better..we called the front desk about 1pm and told the lady at the desk what our situation was and she immediately got a room cleaned and ready for us..I did not catch her name, but she is a major star for you, and would like for her to know just how much we appreciated her going out of the way to help us..I failed to get her name but she did tell me that she was a military child..

We had to find a place to stay because of traffic delay and traveling was small children. We found availability here even though it was late and the whole check in process was smooth and efficient. Staff very friendly and a smiling face was appreciated after a long drive in the rain.

We usually stay at a different hotel in Cookeville. We were down there for a family funeral. I had family at Country Inn, so we decided to stay there.

Ok for family of five quick overnight stay. Low water pressure in shower was annoying. No water offered on continental breakfast.

Good stay, quiet, clean, Good variety of Breakfast and snacks available or drinks. Pool is clean. Rooms clean and updated. Friendly staff as a whole. Only thing I would suggest is New hallway carpet or tile. Pet friendly, kid friendly. About 200 feet away from Movie Theater or restaurant. All amenities available in room, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Frig, microwave and large tv. New paved driveway and parking lot.

Our family came for a funeral and they were very accomodating to us. We were allowed to check in early to get cleaned up and the staff was wonderful and considerate. My brother is using the Country Inn Suites in Beckley West Virginia on Sunday. You are wonderful

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Facility was really clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this place for family to stay.
