Booked a trip, had a death in family could not make the trip, called the hotel many times no answer, contacted Expedia they could not cancel since it was past check in time they also called property to cancel and no answer. They contacted them by email with denial of cancellation and kept my whole amount of stay for trip. It was a 4 day trip tried calling to cancel the first day. What a rip off.

From the moment of check in to checkout the hotel staff was friendly and professional when doing there job. It was a pleasant experience the room was very clean and the hotel itself was quiet. My kids were disappointed the pool was broken but things like that can't be helped but they said the beds were comfortable and they had a great experience. Overall I will always recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff! I was even impressed by the water pressure in my shower... felt great! The only "knock" is that the walls are thin, so every door slam and people (kids) running in the halls made for a loud couple of evening hours, which is more of an issue with the guests, not the hotel itself . Other than that, fine stay. The free breakfast each morning was good, though the Sunday morning breakfast had no breakfast meat (no bacon, no sausage, etc.). But again, it's free... so you get what you pay for!

This place is very run down and disgusting. The carpet in our room was sticky. I didn’t walk without shoes. The whole hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like rotten milk. You had to hold your breath from the elevator to your room. The pool was closed which happens but my kids were sad. They did let us use their sister properties pool next door but it was gross. The water was so dark and gross you couldn’t even see your feet down in the water. Immediately had to shower!!

I have stayed one night with my family (10 years kid), it’s great experience. The hotel is located in very good location. Very good staff.
