The staff is so sweet and helpful! This is our second time staying here, anytime we plan to go through Tennessee, this is our place! So pet friendly, we just love that there’s a full trail/area around the hotel for pet owners to bring their animals and get their energy out! You can tell how much everyone is enjoying their stay when we got there! There were families enjoying the pool in the rain and everyone was super happy! Stay here if you need a comfortable, affordable, pet safe & friendly place!

people are very helpful. Just a facility is not nice at all. It’s good for trucker but not for family or even someone who needs a good night sleep. The room smells misty not nice at all. Front desk was very helpful though very nice staff owner is cheap

We are a military family and are PCSing(moving). The girl at the front desk was very sweet. This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Mexican restaurant attached has very good food. They were able to give us adjoining rooms since we booked two rooms which was very helpful when it came to having our older children in the other room. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.
