Best Western Plus Executive Residency Antioch Inn

We had a quick stay - & needed the extra Couch bed for our Granddaughter. The room was very nice & had plenty of room for our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool, friendly staff & the Breakfast & Coffee bar was very good.

Unfortunately, our room was in the front which is right across from a busy highway and the place is not sound proof. There was a giant bright light that the blinds didn't help. It was updated and generally clean. You can tell they cut corners but it's not dirty. The staff was amazing, they helped us switch rooms when the first room had no blinds at all with no arguments or complaints. The breakfast staff was very kind to my toddler and found more bananas.

Went on a family trip to Nashville. Loved Downtown area…so fun! The drive to down town Nashville was not too bad from this hotel. Rooms were mostly clean except the carpets. I don't think they own a vacuum in this hotel bc even the carpets in the hall were disgusting and I never saw anyone vacuuming ever. Breakfast was very good, biscuits and gravy were amazing. Customer service was not good, don’t plan on a friendly face at this hotel with staff. Overall I would not recommend this hotel for family stays. Has an indoor pool but it is was freezing and NO hotub!

Clean and five minutes to the hockey rinks, Ford Ice Center, the kids were playing at.

This was a great place to stay for two nights while in Nashville. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very nice and even let me grab a couple of yogurts well past the end of breakfast time. In fact, they were slow to clean up breakfast, which was a nice difference from most hotels that want to clean up breakfast 5 mins before it ends. On the contrary, staff at this hotel didn't start cleaning up until 15 miins or so after the end time. This didn't bother us, as we weren't there to swim, but I heard from one guest that the pool was closed. That would be a huge deal if I had kids with me who wanted to swim. Temps were in the low 90s, so a non-working pool is a bad deal. Vending machine on our floor didn't work, but again, not a big deal for us as we brought our own drinks/snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel with a nice friendly staff that helped accommodate my party with no complaints. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Pool was typical indoor hotel pool, kids enjoyed it. My room was clean and very spacious, no complaints there. My only issue with my stay was the area the hotel was in. Lots of homeless and drug addicts walking around. The local Kroger even has an automated message to protect your belongings and pay attention to your surroundings. Hotel is also on a dead end street so one way in/out and that is a heavily congested area most of the day. Overall, this place is worth a look if you want a clean room for a few nights.

Hotel right by busy interstate but room surprisingly quiet. Big enough for 5 person family. Standard breakfast.

I didn't like that on this app it dont show the pool was closed. I stayed there because of pool but dint get to swim with kids. If it would have showen the pool was down. I wont have stayed there.

My family visited was great customer service was excellent above all and the breakfast was plenty and delicious

This hotel was very nice and clean. I’m glad I chose to stay here with my family for a couple of night. The breakfast was soooo good!! Blueberry waffles for the win!! The staff was amazing too!!!
