Best Western Kelly Inn

Check-in was smooth, employee was polite. No elevator which made things a little difficult when you’re traveling with things for a baby. This hotel is definitely in need of some updates. There were cracks in the wall and ceiling by the window and there was something on one of the walls that hadn’t been wiped off. The shower drain needed a good cleaning out as the water backed up past a person’s ankle while the shower was running. The bed was very nice, but the sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming off. Breakfast was very good. The pancake maker wasn’t working, but someone did come fix it. Plenty of options to choose from, which was nice. The pool didn’t open until 9, which was a little inconvenient with a little one who is up early, but much to our disappointment, the small kiddie pool was FRIGID! The main pool was a little warmer, but still not super warm. The pool area is definitely in need of updates as well. Lots of cracks everywhere. All in all it was a decent experience, but it was definitely not worth the price we paid. I doubt we will stay here again unless we know they have made some updates.

Our room was decent but not clean. The bath tub had someone elses hair in it. We had 2 rooms and had to notify staff about the room next door as the pot smell was so strong through the vents our kids couldnt be in the room. The manager handled the situation properly but it left us with the use of only 1 /2 rooms for hours! A bit better cleaning is needed.

I got a suit for my family to be able to hang out in with my dad comfortably and it was not clean and when i pointed it out they didn't come clean it after they said they would. They wouldn't even move me roos to make up for it.i will never stay here again and we have stayed here for years.

Great pool area for kids.

We needed a room for a baseball tournament. Easy check in, clean room, quiet, the kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was standard. No issues!

We were completely satisfied with our stay. Requested a late checkout and was granted one. The pool was a win for our daughter and the breakfast was just enough for our family.

When I first made the reservation I called the hotel to see if we could get an early check in and they said call back that morning to make sure our room is available. I had called several times that day asking as the weather was bad and wanted to check in before it got worse. The lady at the front desk said it was not ready at 2 when check in is at 3. I had walked that hallway as I had family staying the same time who was able to check in very early and did not see anyone go in out of the room we ended up getting right off of the pool. At 2:58 I went back up to check in with an eye roll the lady said yes and was very rude. When we got into the room we noticed the toilet seat was cracked and later that evening my son got pinched by the cracked toilet seat. That night while we were sitting around the pool some family brought in balloons and threw them in all the pools were through the night they popped my kids were the ones who ended up throwing all the popped ones in the trash when we had no idea who this family was. The next day a staff member brought the left over balloons back out into the pool area and said here's some balls I then said you should pop them and get rid of them as they are choking hazard for little kids and could be hazardous to the drain system in the pool she laughed and said it's okay we need a new pool anyways. And proceeded to walk out

Hotel room, pool area, and common areas were all very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the pool was missing some tiles leaving sharp corners exposed and the cushion around the basketball hoop in the pool needs to be replaced. The kiddie pool and hot tub were in good working order. Overall the hotel was pretty good!

I regret booking a room here. We came to spend new Years eve with family and friends. The rooms are average at best but the rest of the property hasn’t been updated in years. There once was a nice restaurant but now that’s closed and it’s now a crappy pizza joint. The pool and bar closed at 10, ( on a Saturday, on New Years Eve!) and the staff is rude. We should have stayed at the holiday inn express in town instead.

We had a class reunion at your place and after we got done eating at 9:30. We had to leave room. We went to bar sorry closed went to pool at 10:00 and we were going to visit. Lady came out and told us we had to leave pool area. So 15 of us crowded in a pool room of on the the classmates and sat on top of each other in room. Would not go back to your hotel. We just wanted to sit and visit. It was a 50 year reunion so we weren’t kids.
