The hotel itself is a no frills hotel, which we expected that with a Best Western. However, we expect the bathroom floor to be swept and free from hair from the previous person that stayed there. The top blanket/comforter had what looked like a couple burn marks. The guy at the front desk wasn't friendly, he was just there working. Lastly, above us were kids running most of the night with heavy footed adults.

The hotel was very clean, the room was immaculate. Service was great, check-in speedy. Very few negatives, only being nit-picky: only ice machine was downstairs. To get new towels and shower soap, we had to ask at the front desk. And I wished they had recycle bins for certain things. And those are about the only negative things I can think of. The next time we're in the area, often due to family there, we will stay there again with no hesitation.

I visited family in a nearby town and the motel was convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. I will stay at this Best Western again next year.

We stayed at BW during our stay in Vermillion. We had a lot of family members staying there as well. The staff was very nice and understanding and allowed us to use the breakfast room for a get together one night. We would definitely stay there again.
