I reserved two rooms. My friend who was supposed to stay in one room had a family emergency and couldn’t come. I called hotel and they said no problem on refunding room. Then I called hotels.com, they called hotel, and hotel wouldn’t refund it so I’ll never stay there again. They wasted my time and lied to me on the phone which is more than enough to never stay there again!

This was a great place for my family to spend a couple days visiting family. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

Had a great stay but got a late night phone call that a immediate family member had a serious auto accident in Minnesota so had to leave right away and let front desk know and they were kind and helped me get on the road by 4:30am to go to my family. Thanks for understanding in a emergency situation

Staff was great, definite tourist destination! Good food options, clean, rooms were quiet, close enough to and yet a good distance from all the action of downtown. Trolley rides available to/from hotels/campgrounds was a plus. View from the room left a lot to the imagination, the view was of a wall less than a foot from the window, room could have used more lighting because of this but overall it was a pleasant stay. Had our children with us, wasn’t super family friendly with the casino on the main floor, but was a definite experience!

There was limited parking on the entry level as the property is shared with 2 other hotels. Also, the hotel is marketed as having a pool, but the pool is actually in a separate hotel that you have access too. Not really convenient to walk through a casino and through a whole other hotel to go swimming. Also, beware that if you stay at this hotel with anyone under 21 you must keep moving on the entry level floor where the casino is. We were waiting for the rest of our party and were told that kids weren't to be on the casino floor and we'd either have to wait outside, go back to our room or keep walking in circles.

Slept our family of four comfortably. The pool was a great outlet for the kiddos.

Nice and new rooms, pretty near main street! We did not have breakfast due corona restrictions and there is a parking fee. But me and my family are in love with the rooms and beds!
