The worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. My family of 5 didn’t have an operational toilet in our hotel room for the final 2 days of our 3 day trip. I talked to multiple employees multiple times. They said the fixed it but it was never fixed. When I’d tell them it still didn’t work they just said, “there’s nothing else they could do”. Nothing else they could do?! They could’ve moved us to a room with a functional toilet, comped the room, had maintenance actually fix the problem. There’s a lot they could’ve done, but didn’t. Very disappointed.

Check in was fine. Went to use pool next morning and was told pool would be closed all day due to chemical imbalance. It doesn’t take all day. We promised the kids a nice pool and they didn’t get to swim. It was extremely hot, too hot for sight seeing and they were very upset and so were we. We asked hotel about giving us a discount and they said we had to go thru you. Can you please give us a discount????
