I stay here every time I visit my family in Summerville. This time I was in room 220 I informed them that the air conditioner was making noise. That my tv kept cutting off, the maintenance guy came and unplugged it and plugged it back in. Still did it, there was a party the second night I was there. After I just got my grandson to sleep and woke him up. The door connecting the rooms inside would not stay locked. I was rudely spoken to by the district manager. And she spoke to my grandson very rudely. He is autistic and she was very rude. I ask to change rooms because I felt unsafe. And was told no . I will find another place to stay from now on. I have been a loyal guest for the past 4 years.

Booked the hotel stay for the use of the indoor pool. Was not told upon check-in that the pool was not working. Had I known this we would not have checked in. Was promised that it would be in working condition the next morning and it was not. Upon arrival to the room, the room smelled strongly of dog. I felt like I was sleeping in a dog kennel. The next morning upon speaking with the manager about the pool still not working,was lectured like a child. Ended up checking out and leaving a day early .

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and while the stay was pretty good, we felt the bathroom could have been a touch cleaner. Just some difficult to clean spots that may need a deeper cleaning or even replace the caulking. There was some damage on the cieling that could be from the humidity in the bathroom. The exhaust fan didn't work. The breakfast is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. The original person who checked us in wasnt exactly super friendly or peppy, but he was still kind and helpful. Another woman was at the desk the next morning and she was incredibly sweet and greeted my dog. She asked if he got a doggy bag (which we didnt get at check in), but she made sure he got his treat and doggy bag. It came with a ball, treats and poopy bags. Which i think is awesome because we ran out of baggies to pick up his waste. The room had plenty of space. They do not have cribs! The website says there are cribs, but there are just pack 'n' plays. Would have been helpful if the wording would change. I only mention this because my infant sleeps better in a crib with a mattress. We had to have him sleep in the bed with us because he wont sleep in a pack n play. The hotel is still great. The indoor pool was really warm and soothing. I would stay here again, but better prepared for what to expect. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean,frobt desk was extremely helpful and nice and funny. My entire family enjoy the checkin process because of the female that check us in.

When I checked in I had to go behind the counter as no one was at the front desk. This was common during my 4day stay. When I arrived at my room, I found the door propped open and all the cabinets open. I discovered later this meant the room had been serviced by not signed off on by management. There was also debris (looked like ground up pretzels) in the hallway just outside the door. When I asked if it could be cleaned up I was informed there was no staff available. The reason I booked this hotel was the indoor pool. The water was murky so I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. The water was cleaned up by my last night so out of 4 nights I was able to use the pool only once. The hotel offered breakfast. My kids wouldn’t eat it and I can’t blame them. The eggs were wet and tasted terrible. I took 2 bites then tossed the eggs out. There were sausage muffins where the bun/biscuit was so hard it wasn’t comfortable to eat. One one occasion they ran out of milk. On another they were out of spoons. And, the woman working the breakfast always looked grumpy. I understand she is at work but consider the industry you’re in. Servicing the room was only done upon request, which I’m okay with, but at least tell me me. I shouldn’t have to find out on my own. I don’t mean to be overly critical. I’m really not a very demanding person. I have no major complaints with this hotel. It was a consistent series if little things that let to this poor review.

My family and I enjoyed our stay & my fur baby breakfast is served from 7-10 which is great didn't have to drag anyone out of bed to catch it.

Check in lady not sure of her name but was nit friendly at all very nasty attitude towards my family

I travel to this area of SC on average 2-3 times a year to visit with my family. I try a different lodging each time To compare this is 4/10 Stay was 2 nights Never received new towels 2 bath towels were in the room No service to the room at all I did mention to a housekeeper as I was leaving for the day i needed towels Didn’t get them I up my price point each time and for this property it was not worth it Way to many options to ever come here again Call it out Breakfast was at best a continental breakfast Perhaps glorified by waffles But seriously

The room above us was noisy with kids running. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The bed was not comfortable.

overall good 3 start hotel for family trips.
