Best Western Rock Hill

Great 1 night stay for our family. We were traveling with our dog and it was nice to have a ground floor. They even had doggie treats at the front desk.

Reasonable cost for room. Close to Winthrop University. No carpets in the rooms, only hallway. My child has allergies. Breakfast included.

Excellent stay , totally clean, perfect for our overnight with little kids!

New remodel, clean a little noisy with kids crying next door.

I like how they were able to accommodate my family at the last minute and switch are rooms to be on the same floor.

I originally planned to stay at this Super 8 because: - the good reviews on tripadvisor; - their ad that they were in the top 20% of all Super 8's; - the great rate I received; - the fact that it was centrally located. I will return to stay here because: - the reviews and ad were spot on; - it was very clean and comfortable; - BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, because of the GREAT STAFF!!! From the young lady who checked me in very late; to the young lady who checked me out and was sincere about my having to leave early due to a minor family 'emergency'; to the manager who responded to my non-hotel issue in a compassionate and professional manner; even to the young lady who was cleaning the side door windows like it was her only job (and I NEVER stay in hotels or eat in restaurants if the entrances are dirty!) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, and I hope to stay with you again on my visit to Rock Hill!
