King suite was nice, more room for my toddler to run around in. Love that they provided a crib, although we had a pack n play, we didn’t have to unpack that. Wish the pool was heated was a bit cold. Breakfast was the normal you get at most hotels.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such cheerful and pleasant front desk staff. In addition to great customer service, the hotel was clean and modern. I was happy to see that Buc-ees was only 2 mins away. I slept like a baby on the 4th floor in the comfortable bedding and ate well at breakfast. I will MOST DEFINITELY return again.

Everything was fine. We've stayed here before. The hotel has a snack kiosk but no vending machines. Overall, real nice and I would recommend it to friends and family.

I booked this hotel because it stated they have a crib/infant bed and I’m traveling with my baby. When I arrived they told me they don’t have any at this location. I had to try and sleep with my baby in the bed which is completely unsafe. I’m extremely upset and want my money back

After some research I chose this hotel and I was not disappointed! I was very impressed. My paranoia of hotels was little to none. The beds were A1! My children and I got some really good rest! The shower was great. The overall cleanliness was to my standards. The locations great as well. The staff were kind. COVID-19 guidelines were followed and folks wore masks. I’d definitely return.

Have stayed here every December for the last 4 years while traveling to see family. This year our room was not very clean: stains and sticky spills on carpet, hair and dirt on bathroom floors and shower walls. Breakfast options were limited compared to last year. Hope this is just a one time occurrence because we enjoyed staying here in the past.

The hotel was just fine EXCEPT for the air handler unit. When the heat came on in the night it was extremely noisy and kept us awake. We weren’t going to wake the kids up if they were even able to move us. I reported the issue to the am clerk in the hopes that the next guests will be spared. Room 105. Otherwise hotel was fine; very clean, fun pool and good breakfast.

Not the best, not the worst. The main areas of the hotel seemed clean. The rooms, not so much. My toddler found a pill on the floor, thankfully I was keeping a close eye on her & she didn’t put it in her mouth. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
