Beautiful hotel, convenient to where my family met us

Nice and perfect for family

Generally was a good stay, was in town visiting family. They blocked off the street in front of our hotel for a block party that was nice. overall good stay.

First of all let me start by stating that this was the worst situation I have been. I meant to book for Hyatt Regency in Florence Italy, but accidentally click on Hyatt Florence U.S.A. After I clicked booking and immediately called for a taxi (since I was in Pratto Italy Metro Station). Then, I noticed that I had made a mistake. I had for the wrong place. 10minutes passed by, so I immediately called The Hyatt hotel in the USA to let them know I had made a mistake. I was told to Call Expedia. I immediately called Expedia to let them know about the situation. The Expedia agent contacted the Hyatt in the USA but no one answered the phone. He stated he was going to make a report and forward it to an internal team for a refund request. So far, nothing has changed. My credit card was charged the full amount $384. I demand a refund to be done immediately. I did not receive any service which is unfair. I am extremely upset because I have been a member of Expedia and have booked my whole family vacations and have spent over $15K, and I need to be taken care. Which do far, I do not feel I have been taken care of. Please contact me as soon as possible to my email address. Thank you!

Property was nice and new and pristine. Customer service awesome. Breakfast good but my kids would have liked more cereal options and a protein option other than eggs (maybe sausage or bacon?). The French toast sticks were really good. Overall, nice property. Would stay again.

Nice staff. Wish the water in the shower is stronger (it was really weak and slow during our stay). Bathroom door is a little hard to close. Bed was noisy, every time my kids move it wakes me up. Breakfast options are okay. Like the local ice cream shop that is walking distance from the hotel. Fitness center is okay.

This hotel stay ruined our trip. I spent extra$ thinking this is a good hotel to stay over with my kids and dog. So wrong! No mention that parking is a walk away to a gated area, extremely curt frontdesk staff, rude kitchen staff! There are rave reviews about the food in this hotel - but in reality, La Quinta has fantastic food compared to this place! At 8am, all the food was out - with no staff nearby, everyone just stood around waiting. On speaking to the front desk, a screaming lady came from the kitchen complaining why the food was out so soon! Only scrambled eggs were refilled, rest were potatoes and bacon. Yogurt not refilled, no waffle station- such a basic breakfast! And the lady kept screaming that folks were leaving plates next to the bins and not inside the plastic bins - what a shame, felt like a school cafeteria! AND the worst was the bedroom sheets - never seen such crumpled sheets in a hotel!!! And the fitted sheets were halfway pulled over, even my 10 year olds make the bed better than that!

The shower never got warm, my family and I got late in the room expecting a good warm shower however the shower never got warm. The manage was at front desk and was NOT willing to give us another room to shower. We gave up showering. Also, the telephone was not working in the room.The A/C was TOO COLD and even turning it off after 10 minutos running again in the cold temperature.
