I was charged another 100 dollars after I already paid what I thought was the fee. Then we didn’t have enough towels for everyone and hotel front desk said we only were supposed to have 4 people in the room but I clearly booked for 4 adults and 2 children which was what I thought the queen suite was for

Children was jumping off walls over room above me. Suggestion: Families with small children be assigned to bottom floor. I Had to be moved to a quieter room and it worked out fine.

The hotel stay was beautiful, I had book 3 rooms for my family members and there were no complaints ....we actually laugh at the fact that the beds are so high and we have to jump to get on them and the breakfast was delicious for those who ate it ...Overall everything went well
