My kids loved it. The pool was good.

neighbors up above us were very loud. must of had kids running around.

Staff was very friendly accommodating and efficient!!!! We will stay again when in town to visit family. Loved the gymn and pool. Thank you Geronimo!!!

My family and I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm. My husband checked us in and we were given keys to a room. My children were very excited to check out the room quickly and go straight to the pool. As we opened the room and proceeded to go in, we realized there were bags on the floor and the shower was running. You can imagine- my whole family is in the room with 4 suitcases…I was the first one to realize that we are in an occupied room. As I was anxiously trying to get my two overexcited children to leave the room, all I could think of is someone getting out of the shower (naked) and accusing us for breaking into their room. Very uncomfortable situation. Now we all had to go back to the lobby and explain the situation. After my husband shared what happened, the front desk personnel stated this cannot be truth because- “the way the system works” and he proceeded explaining the way process. Then he asked the housekeeping lady to go to the room and check if this was true. We patiently waited for her to come back and she confirmed what we just told him. Just when we thought he would give us new room, he decided to gather other employees and try to solve that mystery. It was a lot of back and forward between them and not a conversation they should have had in front of any customers. At this point my children were losing their patience, so was we. I politely asked the front desk personnel to please assign a room and figure out the problem later. He gave us a key to another room. W

Above my room, there are kids making very loud sound day time and nighttime, even very late after 1am. Dogs barks too. Stayed 3 nights. Couldn’t bear, change a room for the 3rd night. Hotel says they couldn’t do anything cause those people pay more for the pet staying. Plus it’s a pet friendly hotel. Sigh.

Good hotel to stay, quiet and convenient for family

Wonderful staff Clean hotel Accommodating Breakfast— and an amazing breakfast host who let my kids eat breakfast still even though we woke up late and got there as she was supposed to be cleaning up the breakfast. Wonderful stay for our night and would definitely stay again

Property quiet area but soon major construction next door? (unexpected construction beep beep equipment noise early Saturday morning next door) Polite and friendly staff Good Coffee! Breakfast Bar mostly kept up with demand. Two Concerns: Thin walls (constant walking / running in room above) AC needs to be improved and run longer vs long periods stops running. Brief issue elderly intoxicated man in the lobby then by my car at Check In Friday night. PLEASE try to honor request: Room away from noise and young families! Top floor for Seniors to insure Quiet.
