Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Williamsport, an IHG Hotel

My reservation was for 2 nights and it was only reserved for one night and so I had to pay extra to book it for another night at the hotel. This is not right and I am very unhappy with Expedia!!! I probably will let my friends and family know about how you can get screwed up using your service

Staff was nice! Room was clean! I just wish it had the little bottle of shampoo/conditioner to take home with us! It was an experience i loved as a kid and wanted to share with my kids.

Me and my family loved it first time staying at a holiday inn express & Suites hotel and we definitely will be staying at one next time we travel it was very nice and clean bathroom sink counter was nice and spacious can fit a lot of stuff on the counter had the best hand wash soap and body wash and lotion everything was Dove and it smelled good had a refrigerator and microwave and the room was very clean only thing the elevator wasn’t working but that was no problem because we was only on the 2nd floor but I rate this hotel a 10

We asked for adjoining rooms because we had 5 children with us and wanted to have the rooms together. When we checked in they said they didn’t give us the adjoining rooms and couldn’t helps us so we had to have a room down the hall from each other which wasn’t very convenient. Then in the middle of the night there was a woman banging and yelling down the hall. She was cursing, screaming and saying things my children should not be hearing. My husband called the front desk but no one would answer. The children were very nervous and scared this went on for over an hour before the police finally came . We needed to be up at 5:30 for a softball tournament so this made the next day very hard with little sleep. There should always be someone at the desk to contact as we didn’t feel safe or comfortable leaving our room with this crazy woman outside.

We have been traveling a lot these past months with college baseball - I have to say, this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in at this price range! We did not expect the room to be so big and the bed/pillows was the most comfortable I have ever slept on! If I could buy the mattress, I would! Hotel was very, very quiet, other than seeing people at breakfast and cars in the lot, you would never know there are other people staying there (we have had lots of bad experiences with thin walls and gazillions of kids running up and down the halls). The free breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, except for the annoying lady who stood watch over every move and scolded you if you touched something incorrectly or went in/out the wrong entranceway. That was a first and made it uncomfortable to go get seconds... but there is a Perkins a block away. Hotel is located conveniently. The bar/restaurant is very nice (did not eat there, but the drinks were good). Would definitely stay again!

Good location, Room cleaning staff friendly. Many cigarette burns in carpet next to bed. Noisy family and children awake late into night in next room. Free breakfast in morning not well stocked - repeatedly had to ask for things that should have been in the buffet but were not replaced when needed.
