The Genetti is our FAVORITE hotel. We stay everytime we visit Williamsport. My kids love staying there. The breakfast is good and the rooms are always clean!

Nice clean comfortable hotel. BUT.... the patterns in the wallpaper/rugs/bedspread made me dizzy the moment I walked in the room! I felt like the space was pulsing!! My daughter and family stayed in another room which was much less busy design and more relaxing and comfortable .

Smallest bathroom ever- looked like we had a child size toilet bowl, low and small and if you were tall you would be able to reach the sink in front of you. Room should’ve had 2 queen beds but we had 2 double beds. When I called the front desk they told me I received that type of room due to 3rd party ordering and I’d I would’ve gone through the hotel website directly I would have been given a different t room at a different price!! Boy was I upset! Restaurant in the hotel was another story - we waited almost 3 hours for our food. Management there do not know what they are doing-don’t know how to manage

I can’t count how many times we stayed at Genetti hotel for our family trips!! But always the same pleasure, the same feeling we come back to our second home .. always a smile is welcoming you and the warmth of this very special place makes you feeling so good. Very impressed by the continual adjustment the managers make to be updated but without forget this amazing ambiance from the past. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY GENETTI HOTEL !! 100 years … nowadays who can claim a such success Thanks so much for keeping distinctive.with a real soul Wish you 100 more years of success
