Best Western Garden Inn

Perfect one night stay for myself and my family. We had to have 2 rooms, so they put us right next to eachother. My daughters enjoyed the pool before settling in for a very comfortable sleep. Amenities were close by, beds comfortable, showers worked perfectly and everything nice and clean.

I travelled with family, and this hotel was among the few around Pittsburgh, that offers good looking room, free hot breakfast, free parking and pool. And all of this for extremely affordable price. The hotel maybe rated 2 or 2.5 star, but it easily beats many of the 3-stars hotels. Room was clean, stuff friendly, breakfast very good (recommended come earlier to avoid crowds). Check in / out extremely easy and fast. Our expectation were met. Thank you!

It is dated and room had a weird smell. The night staff was not friendly and was raising eyebrows when told that my children left room towels near the pool. Its not eco friendly still using the single use shampoo conditioners and soaps.

Great for family travel accommodations. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, lots of fun at the pool. We had connecting rooms making it a lot nicer for grandma and grandpa staying with 6 grandkids. Family dinning only 10 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Everything was loud. Air unit sounded like a jet every 10 minutes. Doors slam. Tv didn’t work right. Only reason I stay there is the location is close to family

Me and my family came here for a graduation and the stay was perfect. Frank at the front desk made the experience great. He was very informative and helpful. Great customer service. Plenty of breakfast choices. Our room was a nice size and clean.

Nice clean quiet hotel . Right off I70. Great for us as we have family close by.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. My grandchildren loved the pool. The only problem was the air conditioner was very loud and the room got stuffy without it. Still, it was an enjoyable stay with a great breakfast buffet.

The foul smell of the building and room was musty and moldy. Causing my eyes to swell !The carpet was dirty and the window treatments were visibly soiled as well. The matters on the pull out couch smelled of urine and there was a dirty chucks pad was on the floor under the pull out the couch. I was moved to a room with 1 bed after I booked a room with 2 beds because I had a puppy with me. this was not in the agreement and resulted in me sleeping in the nasty pullout couch mattress. We arrived exhausted at 2 am and looked for another hotel at that time but getting back in the car with my baby and puppy was not safe. We had come from South Carolina! I want a refund and to be compensated for this inconvenience! If a hotel is not clean it should stated clearly so that the customer can choose if they would like to compromise price and cleanliness! Some will. For $99.00 I did not expect mold to trigger allergic swelling in my eyes and face.
