Hampton Inn & Suites California University-Pittsburgh

We needed a place to stay that was pet friendly near family. This Hampton Inn was an excellent choice with friendly staff and every amenity we needed. Will be staying again.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, the breakfast had protein options and was tasty, and the staff was super helpful. We had a family gathering for a meal, and they were kind enough to let us use the kitchen oven. Our only complaint is the wifi was extemely difficult to connect to and very unreliable.

This is our second time staying here when driving to Florida. It is a nice, clean area with comfy beds. The kids love the buffet breakfast, although I’d prefer scrambled eggs to pre-made omelets.

Have stayed here a few times due to seeing family. Each time is nice, pleasant & staff is very accommodating.

My husband was and family were harassed by a special needs guest in the hallway by our room. He was sitting outside of our door then he was physical with my husband. We spoke to someone there and they were supposed to credit both of our rooms for the nigh. Would appreciate if you could check on this.

Stayed at this hotel while in town attending a funeral. Hotel itself was decent. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing, no milk for cereal… neither of these things would be worth leaving a bad review. BUT, when there is absolutely NO hot water to take a shower that’s where I’m now really upset. Trying to get my family ready for a FUNERAL and no hot water, ridiculous! I called down to the front desk to see if they were aware and I wasn’t offered so much as an apology, just a “we are working on it” statement. I understand things happen, but to not even offer an explanation or apology was unacceptable to me.

Always love to stay there when I can afford it, its close to my family and always clean and friendly
