Hyatt Place at The Hollywood Casino / Pittsburgh - South

When we arrived we were greeted by Sarah who asked if we had any special requests. Since she asked, we mentioned that it would be nice to not be near anyone else. Somewhere quiet. She said "sure!" We fell asleep around midnight but realized the next morning that nearly every room around us was booked and you could hear people in and out of their rooms. The worst part was that the people right next to us kept slamming their bathroom door open and closed. I have no idea who decided to put these types of doors in a hotel, but they are an idiot. They are the kind the slide. I don't know if it was a kid who kept doing it? But it was constant. We mentioned it to the front desk and the woman was very nice about it and said that she knows exactly what we were talking about and said that she even warns guests about the doors and to consider others when opening and closing them. I wouldn't suggest staying here. The hotel rooms are showing their age. Weren't cleaned all that well and this stupid bathroom door design needs to be ripped out and replaced.

The Guest Service Staff in evening was not pleasant nor helpful. I think when you arrive back to the hotel Welcome in should be shared with each guest. THERE WAS NO PARKING and I was told go park at the casino. I said oh really and walk back in the dark with my child. Frustrating

Great experience. Friendly staff, great restaurant/bar in the lobby. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Hollywood & Casino. Breakfast was so-so, but it was free and there are plenty of other places to eat. The rooms were clean and bed was soft. Private access required with room key to the 2 & 3rd floors. Covered walkway from 4th floor of hotel, thru parking garage to the casino & horse race track next door. It was rather noisy our last night there with guests arguing and children running up and down the hallways, but that is no reflection on the hotel. A simple call to the front desk resolve the problem. I will use this hotel whenever I'm in the area.

Room was great for family of 4 with 2 cats. Plenty of room. Food from parlay was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased with all of the staff from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out they were very kind and good with my kids and myself definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I definitely will book again Sincerely Mrs. Shaw
