We had 2 young children and were put in a first floor room right next to the pool. A group of teenagers were extremely loud late into the night.

The room rate was inflated more than $50 over usual weekend rate. Our bill was $540. 40 for 2 people for 3 nights. There were no rooms available that were fully handicapped accessible. The bathroom did not have a single assist bar near toilet nor tub. The toilet was not comfort height. The lid to toilet was broken. The mattress was broken down on one side. The ceiling conducted early morning noise of children running about and heavy footsteps of adults.

The location was where I needed to be. That is the reason we selected this facility The wires can be felt on the edges of the beds We had issues with the one key we were given. It only worked once and then we had to have it reset. Since we were traveling, we had accumulated laundry and had to have the key rekeyed between washer/dryer loads. They started mowing the lawn at 8AM. Traveling with kids that were still sleeping, this did not go over very well. Breakfast was typical and was what was expected

Overall, the stay was ok. The beds were acceptable in terms of comfort. The morning clerk and cafe clerk were very nice. A baby cried all night long in the room across from me. I slept poorly because of it. It's not their fault. I should have complained but what the heck could they do? The breakfast was acceptable...nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was mediocre.
