Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites

Very average hotel and quite pricey. There was a youth basketball tournament that filled the hotel and the parents just let their kids run up & down the hallways screaming. Overall room was okay but bathroom not much to talk about.

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Breakfast was hot and very good. Lots of options. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoy the quiet hours since it was a busy weekend with The PA State Indoor Track Championships and the hotel was full of high school kids.

Perfect location for Penn State families coming to visit.

The front desk staff at this hotel went far above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was going to be working from my hotel room for 3 days, and had some problems with my desk chair being so low to the ground that my keyboard was up at my chest (like a little kid at a dining table). They brought me a chair from their break room that was higher and more comfortable, and then on my checkout day they accommodated me with a later checkout time so that I could attend a meeting from my room instead of the lobby. Everyone I encountered here was more than kind and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again!

We were visiting family in the area. Location was great for the activities we had planned. Shopping was easy and stores easily accessible. Hotel is clean and has a warm at home type feel.

The hotel location was perfect it's near the mall and next to a movie theater we went away for anniversary so shopping was on the agenda the pool was small so if you're bringing a large family combine it with a bunch of kids the pool might not accommodate but because we went on vacation on Wednesday overnight there was nobody there!! the hot tub was very hot and could accommodate 12 people I could tell the both the pool and the hot tub probably could use some maintenance!! the breakfast was very nice a something for everyone... eggs bacon hash brown oatmeal make your own waffles coffee tea orange juice fruit juice apples bananas and it was well stocked... The room we stayed in was nice and clean... on a earlier review I read that there were stains on the carpet and that is true at least in the room we were in.. it was quiet however we could hear someone walking above us we were on the second floor of the four floor hotel the hotel staff seems very caring very polite and seem like they enjoy their job:)

Staff friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.. Spent a night with family and friends... Will come back here if in the area again..

had a wonderful time The complementarybreakfast was outstanding my boys loved it.and they had a wonderful time in your pool . And I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and we will be back again next year this time with my boys go to Camp Woodward again

The hotel was nice but beware of the "suites". They aren't very big and the pull out couch was not very comfortable except for little kids. The hotel is a little loud in general including toilet seats that slam down every time you use them even if you are trying to be quiet.
