The place was fantastic. Wish they could keep the pool area more family friendly. There was a group there drinking liquor from a glass bottle and were very rude but god forbid you ask them kindly to move, if you know what i mean.

While the breakfast and coffee was good for adults. There weren’t a lot of options for kids. Like just eggs, sausage, bacon, etc… it was close to all the places we needed to go and a lot of places to eat though! I didn’t like that you had to request a room cleaning, towels, garbage bags, etc… we were there a whole week and they never once came to clean the room, change sheets, replace towels, remove garbage. I had to do that and place it all out in the hall. It does say in the documentation that room cleaning is by request only or on the 5th day of your stay. We requested cleaning and they never did it. And they came by on the 5th day and asked if we were checking out, but were not. So they just left. Didn’t ask when they could come back for a cleaning. The pool was nice and the washer/dryer on the property was helpful. The last day of our stay, something went wrong with the water. They told us we would have hot water, but not cold. It needed up being the opposite of that. Lastly, and I can’t be sure, we thought we smelled weed through the vents on Friday and Saturday night. The girl at the front desk, Lisa I think, was extremely nice and helpful though. And got us towels and garbage bags on request and handled our questions with patience and kindness.

Very very dirty. Walls, furniture, doors. Blinds didn’t work. Doors to bathroom didn’t lock. Burns on floor. Room stinker like cigarettes. We woke up with sore throats due to the smell and amount of smoke in the room. Rowdy and confrontational guest. Staff didn’t seem to care. Assaulted by a child by them throwing a rubber ball at me 2x and staff member once. Highly unsatisfactory

I felt like there should be a warning that you may get a smoking room. This place was booked solid and they did not even look to see if there was a room I could check into earlier in the day. When I returned after the event I had I was put on the “smoking hall”. The room had dark spots all over, cobwebs and the couch looked so nasty. Not to mention the smell of smoke was unreal. I smelled like smoke when I left. My whole suitcase now smells like smoke. I had a headache all night and day because of it. I don’t have breathing issues so I didnt qualify for a different room but since they were fully booked anyway there would not have been one. For the price I was very dissatisfied in the fact that I was placed in the smoking wing. Also the snacks were nonexistent in the lobby to buy, the staff seemed very overwhelmed and they seemed more concerned about a family that had the date on their reservation wrong and how they were going to find a place for them to stay. A disclaimer that says you may be placed on a smoking room would have been nice.

We stayed with 2 kids for 3 nights. The room wasn’t very clean, checking in took a lot of time, we were told that there should be enough towels in the room but there wasn’t, we had to go back down to take more towels. The room wasn’t cleaned the day after. We asked the receptionist and she told us that we need to tell them to clean, so we did but the day after that it wasn’t cleaned again, we asked why, they didn’t have an answer. She just said I did put it in the system. Breakfast was not consistent. The waffles wasn’t working one of the days, there was eggs only one breakfast out of three. The lobby/breakfast area was dirty. I understand that it’s a pet friendly place but it was too much dogs, also in our floor barking all night. It was terrible especially when my son is afraid of dogs and he didn’t want to walk in the halls alone. The only pleasant part was John, he is working during breakfast. Really nice person, pleasant, welcoming and smiling to everyone.

Stayed 2 nights and had a great stay. At the time, the hotel was fully booked and there were a lot of kids staying. Thus the pool was extra busy and towels were not available (at least not at the evening timeframe). At breakfast 2 main "hot" options are omelette (cheesy and egg-whites) and waffles. The 2nd day they ran out of cheesy omelette. But the person attending to breakfast was excellent in customer service. Very polite and helpful.

The property is conveniently located, and overall the condition of the property was okay. Our stay however was not. Upon arrival, not only did the check in process take forever while others checked in beside us quickly, but we were accused of being underage and “not aloud to be here.” Once that was straightened up, we were very quickly informed that we had no option but go to a smoking room because that is what we booked. I showed them my booking confirmation which specifically said non smoking and was told it was the smoking room or nothing because they were fully booked. We are two 22 year old kids, and the room overall messed with my allergies horribly. Upon getting into the room that we weren’t happy about to begin with, the bathroom was filthy. Dirt and pubic hair was left in the shower and around the toilet, and men’s beard clippings filled the sink and the handle to turn it on. Also, while checking the beds we noticed a significant amount of crumbs and food up near the head of the bed underneath it. Unable to sleep through the night due to the strong smoke smell, when we woke up the following morning the gentleman at the front desk said “oh I see you were able to handle the smoke smell.” You’d think people would have been the least bit apologetic. Overall, would I stay again? Maybe, but I would first call the property to ensure that I won’t be getting a dirty smoking room with burnt carpets.

Amazing stay for family and friends. Great staff but some can benefit from presenting themselves as a bit more approachable.
