This is definitely the least posh Hotel Indigo that I have stayed at. That is not a big deal honestly. The bed in our room definitely felt like it needed to be replaced. Despite all the employees being nice and in a good mood, there was a certain level of incompetence from the top down. We asked for our room to be serviced (new towels/cleaning) every day we were there. They failed to service our room on every day despite asking multiple times. There was a child lock on the HBO. When we called to get the code the front desk employee was lost. She said she would figure it out and get back to us. We never heard back. The second day of our trip, when our room wasn't serviced, I brought our towels down to the front desk in hopes of getting fresh ones. I was told they didn't have any and they would bring towels up when they were ready. We did'nt hear anything back. I went down 3 hours later and asked for towels. In short, ok Hotel Indigo, the employees are nice, but goofy and incompetent. The only exception I would say is the executive chef who also runs the bar on certain days. She was a breath of fresh air.

Went to check in at 2:00 in the morning after flying all day and the computers were down. My family and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the lobby while they figured things out

Would love to have queen beds! I have two college age kids! They don’t want to sleep with me or each other! Full to small!

As far as airport hotels go, it’s pretty good. It needs updated to match the times but so far so good. Wish it was a tad more family friendly but beggars can’t be choosers.

We came in to town for a wedding and had a complicated schedule combining flights with family availability. It work out perfect to be able to get off our plane and walk from the airport to the hotel, and again from the hotel to our return flight a couple days later. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that most of the floor was luxury vinyl flooring that could be easily disinfected but there was still a rug round the beds that could be easily exchanged when needed by the hotel.

Took longer than expected to get 2nd room ready. Then come to find out they had given the room to another person(s). We had to move to another set of rooms and that was a bit of inconvienence for a family of 9.

Double beds are smaller than normal size. We requested roller bed for a kid, they do not provide roller bed.

We had reservations for a king room with a runway view for Saturday night, when we went into the room initially we found a dirty Mr clean magic eraser on the ground under the table. We decided to just ignore it and throw it away and go on about our date night. We spent about 2-3 hours between the bar in the hotel and then the bar in the airport that was before the TSA check in, the airport bar was the only enjoyable part of my time spent. When we came back to the hotel to go to have dinner two conferences had let out and there were multiple teenagers and collage students in the lobby and restaurant yelling and acting like children. The restaurant was packed and so loud we decided we didn't want to have dinner and wanted to leave as we live rather close and could have a more enjoyable evening at home. I asked for a refund and was informed that the person at the front desk had no authority to compensate me except with reward points so to get out of the situation I agreed but told them I wanted a call from the manager on Monday to speak about a monetary refund. Today I logged into the rewards program and I was not provided the rewards, I called and left a message with the manager and also spoke to a customer service supervisor in corporate to no avail. I am hoping that tomorrow during the business week this gets resolved but not holding my breath!!! If you want to spend a quiet and romantic night with your significant other and pay for an overpriced room don't waste your money!

Desk staff were excellent. Your pillows smelled like dog- it was really bad odor. Also, kids running f up and down the balls. Pellet slamming doors & making crazy loud sounds while I tried to sleep. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. I just think it could be better. The room was basic.
