I have stayed at a lot of Marriotts and I travel often and this was literally the worst Marriott I’ve been to and the worst hotel I’ve stayed at period. It was not clean, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the room was beyond small. My husband and I was barely able to comfortably move around. We also were rattled by someone banging on our door at 2am. Which was terrifying! We had to pay an extra $15 a night for parking which was just regular parking outside the hotel. We drove 5 hours for a family wedding to stay at this hell hole. Also apparently it’s a hotel that people bring a lot of street walkers too so keep that in mind

Recently stayed here with my wife and two kids for the Sing Us Home Festival. Room was spacious, clean comfortable. Beds were comfortable. At night the hotel was quiet and we felt safe. The pool was awesome and clean! Check in was easy and staff were amazing and helpful! The hotel is close to everything, plenty of food options walking distance. Plus a 7 minute drive to Manyunk for even more options.

We chose the Marriotts brand for our family weekend because we trust that our needs will be met, and we were not disappointed. On arriving from our long trip we immediately noticed how clean the place was. The receptionists were pleasant and professional, the checkin process was quick and flawless. The elevators were clean and the ride was smooth, we like the fact that everyone need to have a room key card to ride the elevator. Our family were on multiple floors, however I was on the fith floor. On entering my room, it smelt fresh and looked clean, and I could not resist the amazing view through the window. The room was amazing, I felt like I did not want to leave the room, I felt comfortable and safe, but the pool was exactly what a long trip called for. The check out process was also smooth, professional and flawless. Overall I give this location a five star rating.

At checking in the person at the Front Desk never looked at me with eye to eye contact to work in Customer Service. This is not good and he needs to work better with this concern, when Customers approach him at the Front Desk, whether at check-in or check-out. Yet overall my stay here with family, which we traveled from Virginia was good.

Loud room next door that hotel could not correct. At 1130 pm the noise was so loud from the room next door that my family could not sleep. After calling down to front desk and nothing happened, at midnight i went down to Front desk and asked for assistance. Finally security asked room next door to be quiet. This did not alleviate the problem and the noise continued past 130 am

We arrived at 5 pm and were given keys to a room that was a trash room. No beds, baby port-a-crib, garbage, etc! We went to the desk...given another room. The toilet stopped working during the night. The carpeting throughout the halls was filthy, as was the carpeting in the room. I had to wash my feet before getting on the bed since I forgot slippers. I would take this hotel off your list until you inspect it.

We actually left a day early due to noisy guests in hallways all hours of the night. I was told that there was some kind of kid's lacrosse tournament however they did not enforce quiet times and kids were unruly. We tried to use the pool and the horseplay and blatant disrespect was very upsetting. We have stayed here a numerous times in the past and were very pleased however it was so uncomfortable we had to cut our trip short and I was still billed the full amount and was not even offered DISCOUNT for the inconvenience we endured

The staff was courteous and helpful, but the facility was not well taken care of. The pool had good potential but was not clean. I saw white floaties throughout the pool water (white mold) which while harmless is still gross looking and shows the pool is not being properly serviced!! The kids were disappointed to not be able to swim. The bathroom and the carpet in the room was also dirty.

We walked into our room with the floors still having crumbles from the previous guests. The bed wasn’t made and some items from the prior guests were still there. We went to request they clean our room and they told us it would be clean by the time we got back. When we returned we were told that they weren’t sure if anyone ever went to clean it and suggested I go upstairs and check and come back and let her know. I had a 2 year old in my arms ready to go to bed. Then after requesting a manger the manager came up and confirmed. The next morning I found my baby playing with an empty opened beer can he found in the room. We kept being told that they understood and that they will send someone to clean up. The staff was overall unhelpful and the room was dirty. Will not be going back to this property.

Only a one night stay for family reunion. Drove 7 hours and was hoping for an early check in to make our reunion in time. Was turned away from my first attempt by desk staff. Came back in after a few minutes and was ready to "negotiate" even if it meant upgrading. Tracy was at the desk this time and told me if was no problem! After I'd just been told there was nothing available,,,hmmmm.... Over all a nice hotel
