My family stayed at The Windsor Suites for the July 4th weekend. Checkin was quick and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful especially Gia. The room was clean and very nice size with a stove, kitchen, and microwave. The pool and roof was great and view from the roof was nice. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Valet parking is convenient but expensive, imo. Nice size suites and the staff was very accommodating to our family/friends that came to visit. Unfortunately the room smelled of weed and the bathroom was SUPER tiny, I probably won’t stay here again but it was only 1 night so we endured it.

The property was perfect for my family's weeklong stay here in Philly. Very specious area and really enjoyed the balcony view. The property is very close in proximity to many things and is walkable to the convention center for average people. The staff were all very friendly and helpful through our trips duration. I would recommend anyone stay here on your next stay to Philly.

My family and I arrived early and were accommodated with an early check in which was fantastic. The room was a one bedroom and was huge! The space was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. My kids and I had a great nights sleep and the staff was hands down the most friendly people I have ever met. Do not hesitate to stay !

Check in had us a little frazzled. We had sleeping kids in the car but had to use the valet parking, but couldn’t turn around to let them finish their naps. Not a huge deal, but was unexpected. Room was clean, and the few items that were missing were brought up quickly. Irish pub next door had great food.

The entire stay was nice. It was my first time staying at the Windsor Suites. I stayed for a family’s birthday and it was amazing. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on staying again.

The price for the square footage was phenomenal and you can't beat the location, but it was Nyeesha that made Windsor a must stay. She was kind, professional and accommodated us at every turn. I've stayed in 40 hotel this year, this was the most memorable because of Nyeeshas amazing service and caring for both my elderly mother and our newborn. Make her the GM and pain the rooms... You'll have a 5 star hotel!!!

Be aware people live in this building for $315 a week. It is nicely renovated. Unfortunately we had to listen to a baby cry from about 9 pm-1am. The parking staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and always acted confused. I wouldn’t stay again.
