Holiday Inn Express Grove City, an IHG Hotel

I had a pleasant stay with my family. The room was comfortable and clean. It was an updated room and the breakfast was good.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not the greatest but that was the only downside. Would recommend!!

The updates look awesome, very high end! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff member working breakfast was so kind to my toddler offering to cut up her apple. I was impressed with the new design, it looked high end! We will stay here again when in town to visit family.

When I visit the area, I have always stayed at this hotel. I will never stay here again. The entire hotel was filthy. The carpets were stained and not vacuumed, the elevator looked like there had been a flood in it. I checked in on a Thursday and out on a Monday and the main floor bathroom trash had not been taken out in that time. It was overflowing. The trash in my room and towels were not picked up my entire stay. The sink and tile floor in my room was disgusting. The manager was awful and treated the us as paying guests as an inconvenience. The only bright spot was the great service from the night staff member, Paula. She has greeted and welcomed my family and I each year to the hotel. I'm sorry we won't see her again.

When checking into the hotel there was free popcorn everywhere. We just over looked it thinking some kids probably dropped it. Upon entering our room, immediately you were able to smell mildew. In the bathroom you could see black mold on the ceiling from lack of ventilation. The pool and hot tub was okay, again you could see the wrong of scrum on the top of the pool from lack of cleaning. Bed was okay if you like a softer mattress and pillow, pillow was feather. Over all, I would not stay at this location again.
