The young man at the reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Even though there were families with children around the hotel, they were ALL very polite and not loud. I am absolutely going to stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. This last minute booking Rocks!

I loved the variety for breakfast, the hospitable service, and the room was clean and spacious. I really enjoyed the relaxation from jacuzzi tub. I had a wonderful time with my family by the pool and hot tub.

The complex has an Oder. The laundry room was dirty. There was water everywhere due to the kids running around from the in door pool

The hotel itself is very nice, very clean, and overall quiet. Sadly I was placed in a room that was surrounded by numerous families with young children that had no respect for the other people staying in the hotel at the time. (This does not affect the hotel though, they tried their best to keep the guests quiet but nothing you can do about rude individuals.)

We just needed a place to stay 1 night while in town for a softball tournament. We got rained out Saturday, and had early games sunday. Front desk seemed to be a bit exasperated with her coworkers but wasnt rude to me. The pool is small, but clean. We hung out in the pool area until we went to dinner. We tried to go back to the pool afterwards, but it was completely full with a baseball team of 10-12 year old boys. Their parents were in the lobby area, not the pool, drinking and either ignoring the absolute chaos that was going (rough housing, cannonballs, belly flops) or coming in to snap a picture then leaving. Ill all for kids playin a pool, but not one that small with that many kids in it. Otherwise - clean room, good breakfast.

Book a non refundable suite for our family. Prior to arrival we called to confirm hotel reservation at which point we were told my wife with disabilities wouldnt be allowed to bring her service dog to the room. We felt completely discrimated against. The manager offered to put us in a smaller pet friendly room that wouldnt fit our needs with a price difference refund. We explained repeatedly we had a service animal required to assist my wife with her disabilities not a pet, and the manager didnt care. We ultimately ended up paying apx $300.00 for an additional room to meet our needs and it was a huge inconvenience. The property has good ammenities, but is very dated with chipped paint and scratches everywhere. No wall was cleaned, and even though its a no smoking property it smelled like marijuana smoke throughout our stay.The hotel definitely needs better maintenance. The staff deserve 4- 5 stars but the manager needs to follow ADA guidelines and received a 1.

The lady working the front desk was polite friendly. She made a point to make my kids feel important by asking them to come show her their swim suits and then told how how great they were!
