Fantastic bed. Slept like a baby.

The hotel was very clean, upgraded and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was a little slow, but for the area it was a great place to stay while visiting family. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here a number of times and it’s always fine. Pleasant interactions with staff, rooms are big and have what you need. This stay was an emergency stay due to health problems with a family member. My husband had made arrangements quickly online and chose the wrong dates, October instead of September, and unfortunately didn’t see the “non-refundable” section. Because I was driving 8 hours to get there, I simply made new reservations on the way, just to insure that I had a room. I didn’t know the other reservation was non-refundable at that time. Once arriving home, we had the company, through which we booked the wrong dates, ask for a refund because of our circumstances. The hotel wouldn’t do it. I’m not surprised, but I am disappointed, especially because of the number of stays I’ve had there in a short period of time. I won’t stay there again. And I hope they never make a mistake during a family emergency that costs them a chunk of money for nothing, because it just adds insult to injury.

Just an family overnight trip and enjoyed the quiet. Pool area was nice and rooms were clean. Breakfast was a plus. Would stay again. Thanks

Check in was awesome- the lady was very nice & very personable. Room was average but we needed a pet room which was perfect for us with his crate. Bathroom was perplexing as no exhaust fan & the shower ( after a 10 minute session of figuring it out) was like standing under a drip. ( adjusted the head- pulsating wasn't much different.) Breakfast was good- lots of choices. Our family had a field day at the pool which was very highly chlorinated but for Feb. In PA- a welcome escape. Location is awesome with many amenities close. Never could tell it was pet friendly til we met another doggie in the hall . Grounds were kept very clean . Cleanliness of the room was average but nothing overt. Beds comfy, heat/ cool was well functioning. With taxes & fees * my only gripe- please state your pet fees prior to arrival.* State, local, occupancy, etc taxes & pet fees made it a smidge over $350 for a 2 day stay.

I was there to visit a critically ill family member, so a comfortable bed and room and QUIET were of utmost importance to me. However, room described as handicapped accessible was not -- only a grab bar in bathroom and [maybe] wider door way. Hangers too high; bed too high for some with mobility issues. I am a retired nurse.
