It was a good place to stay to attend a family event. The staff was very friendly! The free breakfast was tasty; I especially enjoyed the cinnamon buns. I may stay at a Holiday Inn Express just to eat them again! My only complaint is that our room was next to the highway, and you could really hear the traffic. It didn’t bother us, but it might bother someone that sleeps more lightly.

Staff friendly and helpful. My requests for rm location for me & for family member were honored. Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping for 1st night. I told front desk we would be out 1 pm to 7 pm. Anytime in there is fine for housekeeping. But nothing was done..why? If the staff doesn't come in on in between days, tell the guests. So service was sparse on room tidying, needed towels, toilet paper..... Just puzzling why room was not freshened up. Overall facility clean, comfortable, and quiet.

It was a fun and relaxing experience. The employees were professional, pleasant & respectful. My girls absolutely enjoyed the indoor pool. Met our needs for a mini family getaway.

We had a great check in experience - staff at the front desk were lovely! Gave us great recommendations for food and parks nearby. The pool and breakfast were good. I wish the hotels would consider adding drapes along the sides of the windows to help block out early morning light (if you're traveling with children, you'll be up early!). Our hotel room (two queen beds on the second floor) had a beeping noise - coming from the electrical outlet between the two beds - super annoying! The staff at the front desk were aware of the beeping - others have complained as well - and yet they haven't addressed the issue for future travelers...

It was really nice. Friendly staff and very clean. Lovey breakfast setup. The only thing is I wish there were a few more breakfast options. Maybe bacon or french toast… i was a bit disappointed in the bed setup. I had requested 2 queen beds and got 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. It still ended being 2 queens but I had to get it all setup for my kids. Other than that everything was excellent. Btw 12 pm checkout would have made me feel less rushed.
