Everything was great besides the fact that we booked a room here so my kids can go swimming but the pool was closed. If it was advertised about their pool being closed we wouldn’t have booked the room.

The room is clean, staff were accommodating and very nice. However, the room condition while is acceptable and very clean, it didn’t exceed my expectations, and it could benefit of some updating work as it didn’t match the somewhat luxurious vibe in the lobby and and hallways. For those who don’t know, the area around the property is worth exploring and it has its unique charm. Lastly; they are very accommodating for families with young kids, as there are options to take care of the kids while adults can have some free time to relax/dine/ play or whatever they want to do which is amazing.

Really clean and comfortable rooms - was very thankful to spend the night after a great show. I have no complaints at all about the room. Everything about it was really nice and beyond appealing. Only downfall was that the vents system seem to carry noises from other rooms and strangely enough , the room by us had multiple small children who were very loud and it echoed some in our room.

The public bathrooms near the food area smelled like strong urine before I even walked in. My family was harassed and had the police called on them because they assumed they snuck in. Our room bathroom was filthy I did not shower and had to wash up in the sink. Please put my in touch with the general manager.

Amazing as always! Our commendations to Audrey for checking us in. We were so happy with our accommodations. It was a family gathering to meet our granddaughter fiancé and parents in church and then lunch. One perfect weekend!

Traveling with kids, we loved the pool, the arcade and the food court. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the spa was a treat! Nearby, we went to Lost River Caverns and went to an Escape Room in the downtown area. So much fun! Overall, very nice place for a winter getaway!

The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the amenities were great for what we needed and a family- pool, big tub in the suite, lots of dining options, places for kids to play. The other guests were a bit unsavory but I understand this can't always be accounted for, we just happened to have two less than pleasurable experiences during a one night stay, so it feels worth noting.

We were able to get an early checkin. Valet parked the car, checked in proceeded to our room. Room was spotless as was the bathroom. Comfy beds. Our children checked in two days later. Their rooms were clean and beds comfy. Staff was polite , friendly and accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance of the Christkindle Market and minutes away by car or Uber to Main St Bethlehem.
