It was a great trip with family the hotel was nice clean enjoyed the pool and the morning breakfast that was included it was close to all the things we had planned to do we will be back again soon

The stay was really amazing and I enjoyed myself along with family that I haven’t seen in a long while thanks to the staff for having the place and may I add they have great breakfast !!!

The hotel did not honor the reservation I made through Expedia, they did not give me a double room even though I paid more, for a double room, they gave me a room with a sofa bed They told me I would have to take it up with Expedia. They charged me and additional Tax free, which thru still haven’t returned to my account. Though I’ve sent emails and chatted online, Lastly. My sons wedding was at this hotel, not only was his reception there but we had several family members stay at the hotel and I would say that about half of them had very similar issues with prepaid 3rd party reservations. Also we had to go to the hospital because my husband developed an itch on his legs, the doctor asked if we had stayed at a hotel or outside of our home we said yes and the doctor at the emergency room told us that he had been bitten by bedbugs!!! Bedbugs!!! On top of them giving us not the room we had paid for have to make a trip on Memorial Day to the emergency room of LVHN, sucked!!! The only good thing about our weekend was my son’s wedding, the company of family and friends, and the breakfast was decent, If you do a reservation with a third party company like Expedia they will set you up in their least expensive room, and charge you additional taxes!

Very accommodating staff—allowed us to check out late so we could visit family. Very comfortable room, quiet and nice breakfast

Nothing i would recommend to family and friends.

It was a very nice stay. I have a complaint about the first night we stayed: the rooms across the hall way noisy with a crying baby til 2 AM. The second night there were no problems.

We traveled with two young children and they explained there was a wedding with music so they put us on the top floor. We didn’t hear a sound! Breakfast was wonderful. The kids loved the indoor pool. My only issue was the pillows were waaaay too soft for me. Didn’t stop us from a good nights sleep! Very pleased!

The front desk staff was so nice and very helpful. This was a family friendly hotel. Buffet breakfast was nice and included diy waffles. First hotel in a while that had an open pool. Floaties & goggles available for kids. So many food options in the area & close to the Crayola Experience which was why we were in town. Would stay again!
