I have stayed here before when visiting family. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it had been previously. I had rented a plug in hybrid vehicle and was happy to see the vehicle charging stations. However the stations didn’t work properly. Otherwise I felt safe and comfortable here.

Nice property. Very clean. Our issue was that we booked well in advance(months), got a call after we were already in town that our family of 4 would only get one bed because of a booking mix up on their end. We were able to overlook because they promised us a rollaway bed. Upon checkin we were told that they’d already given all the rollaway beds away. We were offered no compensation. Very unprofessional.

The hotel was great, very new and modern, breakfast options were good! Bed was comfortable and the room was super clean! Only disappointment was no hot tub with the pool, but we brought our family to join us in the pool.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The variety of breakfast options pleased the entire family. The staff at the front desk both upon arrival and our departure were not very courteous. They did not welcome us when we entered the building. There was no explanation why the two extra people working at the front counter weren't able to help check us in. And it was obvious that the communication between staff is not great as they checked us into a room that was still in the process of being cleaned.

Check in was a circus. Manager on duty, Lee, did not get involved to help until 1 hour waiting in lobby, with 3 children, trying to resolve issue myself. I needed to pay with a different card from what was used at booking due to death of husband and having a new payment card. At check out, attempted to fill my coffee cup from lobby. Both large coffee pots in common area empty, 1 hour after breakfast was over.
