Outstanding hotel. My wife and I were in Portland for three nights for a family wedding, and we loved our stay at the Canopy. Great part of town, staff was super-friendly and helpful, hotel was recently renovated and very nicely appointed, room was very nice for the two of us. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Portland.

First time visiting Portland and also our first family trip traveling with a baby. From the moment we walked in to the end of our stay, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The manager saw were traveling with a baby and had the staff bring in a mini fridge for my baby formula. The front desk clerk also saw we were with our baby and had the staff bring in a pack and play. They really went far and beyond. It was great considering traveling with baby was a lot of work since it was our first time. I purchased the parking ahead of time during our stay which is worth it and I would recommend it! Valet was great and all was needed was to send them a text 15 mins prior to leaving and our car was ready. Lots of eateries/restaurants near the hotel walking distance.

The staff were amazing except for the person who was there when we checked in. They were not happy to see us and spoke so quickly i didn't hear most of what was said. Other parking options would have been nice, they only offer expensive valet. The room was comfy & spacious but loud. We heard everyone in the hallway & were woken up by a baby crying in another room.
