Great place for families, my 9 year old loved the pool. Staff was friendly and made check in quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again.

We showed up to our hotel and had an issue locating the reservation, the front desk staff were amazing and figured out how to get it fixed. The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. Great complimentary breakfast if you’re traveling with kids or for a budget.

Loved our stay and the pool was a hit with the kids. We will definitely return when we head to Portland again.

We love the pool is super kid friendly and that there is a shallow end for them. Our favorite hotel to go to for family days.

Great hotel! The best kids pool we have ever seen in a non-resort style hotel. The pool is best for kids ages one through five as it is more of a kitty style pool with a splash pad and small structures they can play on. It has a great gym with amazing equipment and everything you would need. Breakfast was OK. About what you could expect for free breakfast. The area was surprisingly better than expected. Felt way safer than it did just a few years ago. The restaurant on site had incredible food and it was well priced.

Like the interior design of the lobby and hallways, well thought out, is artistry. The room is clean and quiet; loved the option to have dinner with family as is kids friendly and had the opportunity to have a drink without the need to drive somewhere else. I only wish parking was free, they charge to park it around the corner, is convenient, yes, as is private parking but I ventured and left my car on the street.

The Hotel seemed safe and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. I went with my eight year old granddaughter and the hotel pool was a hit, very child friendly with no area of the pool over 4ft I think . There was also a roped off shallow area that had things to for smaller kiddos like a little slide. Check in was super quick even after I asked for the best room we could get so that ended up being on a corner of the top floor. Great view for Lindsay! We walked around and shopped a bit - POWELLS Books is awesome, we were there all afternoon. One thing to mention is that it was a bit of a challenge for us to find any kind of food delivery service, including from the restaurant in our hotel. We put in two pizza orders and got texts about forty minutes later that those deliveries would not be available. Good thing I didn’t eat much and GD was happy with Mac and cheese, cup. We were in Portland, Oregon for thee beautiful days, great fun, pretty nice place, valets and Front Desk staff were terrific

The hotel overall was fantastic. Our favorite part was the pool that includes a kids pool. Definitely would stay here again!
